The Record

Estate Lord works the electronic edge of the American Record roster — the project where the label's network brain gets the whole console. The vocabulary is coordinates and current: 'Point X,' 'Real Line,' 'Spin Network,' 'Digital Oceans,' 'Abscissa, Ordinate and Applicate' — song titles that read like a physics syllabus and play like neon. Built at Studio IO666 with the full cross-country engine (Vitali, Andrew K in New Orleans, Greg O in Los Angeles, David Tyo on drums and engineering) and disclosed as hybrid, because this is the wing of the catalog where the advanced tools are the instrument. The release run was a sprint: 'Rules and Identity' on December 22, 2024, 'Discipline' nine days later on New Year's Eve, and the seventeen-track 'Secret Gardens' six weeks after that — thirty-four tracks in eighty-one days. For all the geometry, the project keeps landing on the human pulse: the catalog's thesis statement is a track called 'My Heart is a Drum,' and 'Secret Gardens' closes on 'Alive Again.' Synth-lit, machine-built, and beating.

Releases & Liner Notes

Rules and Identity2024

LP · 2024-12-22 · 8 tracks

Released December 22, 2024 on American Record (Albany, NY) — the project's founding document, and titled like one. Eight tracks that open on 'Possibly Infinity' and close on 'Immiscible Equilibrium': the whole Estate Lord aesthetic of hard science pressed into soft synths is here from the first record. 'Identity Crisis' and 'Make Ready' state the stakes; 'Casteau' and 'Thought Transfer' show the range. Built at IO666 with the full cross-country engine.

Discipline2024

LP · 2024-12-31 · 9 tracks

Released December 31, 2024 on American Record (Albany, NY) — nine days after the debut, issued on New Year's Eve so the title could keep its promise. 'Blank Stares at Neon Signs' opens the record's after-hours geography; 'Quantum Meruit' bills for it in Latin; 'Antes del Amanecer' takes it to just before dawn; 'I Feel Electric' is the four-minute center of gravity. The title track closes. Nine tracks, no idle motion.

Secret Gardens2025

LP · 2025-02-11 · 17 tracks

Released February 11, 2025 on American Record (Albany, NY) — seventeen tracks, the widest single canvas on the modern roster. The coordinates pile up ('Point X,' 'Real Line,' 'Spin Network,' 'Leaf Switches') and then the record shows its hand: 'My Heart is a Drum' is the project's thesis in four words, and 'Alive Again' closes eighty-one days of release activity on an exhale. 'Digital Oceans' and 'Hideaway' from this set carried Estate Lord onto the ARC & CO 2025 Sampler.
